OUR SALON POLICIES

• Respect for our Clients and Employees
  
• Cancellations and No-Shows affect us significantly; we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid charges.
  
• We want to provide a relaxing experience for you and others.  Unattended children may distract you and others from a relaxing spa experience
  
• Only those receiving services permitted beyond the reception area
  
• Parties of three or more require prepaid services.  to receive a refund we must have 1-week notice of any change
  
• Appropriate Clothing is required.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  
• If the results of your Chemical Service are not as you wished, we would be happy to try to meet your expectations if your hair has been maintained with the recommended professional products and we are notified within fourteen days of the service.
  
• Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if accompanied by the original receipt.
  
• Gift Cards/Certificates are non-refundable
  

• Twenty-five dollar fee for returned checks
